You should have:
- Financial and insurance license are an asset (CSC, LLQP preferred)
- Sales and/or customer service experience in the Life Insurance industry
- Warm, welcoming and persuasive telephone manner and the ability to empathize and listen actively
- Clear and articulate oral and written communication skills (English and/or French)
- Confidence and determination to achieve results through quality customer contacts
- Good working knowledge of Life and Health insurance
