OCI logoOur parent company is Optima Communications International, which began in 1992 as a state-of-the-art boutique contact centre in Toronto. Over the next 25 years, Optima evolved into a leading contact and customer service provider in Canada’s financial services segment, with a focus on life insurance. The complexity, regulatory discipline and rigorous administrative requirements of working with Canada’s best-known life insurance companies for more than two decades created an elite specialist network of people and supportive technology within Optima. 10 years ago, Optima decided the best way to grow its life insurance specialization, in both depth and breadth, was to create a dedicated division named Optima Insurance Services.

Today we’re a full service sales, customer contact and back-end administrative services provider dedicated to life insurance companies in the Canadian market. Our agents are fully-licensed professional (LLQP) in all provinces and territories.
