Optima began in 1992 as a state-of-the-art boutique contact centre in Toronto. Fairly quickly, we evolved into a leading contact and customer service provider in Canada’s financial services segment, with a particular focus on insurance. This led to the creation of Optima Insurance Services Inc, a cross-Canada MGA functioning today as outsourcing service partner with many of Canada’s best-known life insurance companies.
Today OIS provides licensed advisor (LLQP) services—sales, customer service, policy administration and more—for a full range of life, accident & sickness, health and travel products. And for services that don’t require LLQP-licensed agents, our clients benefit from the resources and scale of the Optima Group of Companies.
