The History

Optima began in 1992 as a state-of-the-art boutique contact centre in Toronto. Fairly quickly, we evolved into a leading contact and customer service provider in Canada’s financial services segment, with a particular focus on insurance. This led to the creation of Optima Insurance Services Inc, a cross-Canada MGA functioning today as service partner with many of Canada’s best-known life insurance companies.

Today OIS provides licensed advisor services – sales, customer service, policy administration and more – for a full range of life, accident & sickness, health and travel products.
